Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had some drawbacks in terms of room conditions, but the unique location showcased stunning views of Taxco. Service was lacking in some aspects, but the dining experience was enjoyable. The facilities were decent, yet in need of updating.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean, with fresh linens and towels, but the lack of a garden or nice view was a downside. The comfortable bed and balcony with a city view were highlights. The service was nonchalant and not too welcoming, making me feel like I was bothering them. The location felt beautiful and reminiscent of old Europe, perfect for smoking and stargazing, but amenities like massage chairs were lacking. The dining options were decent, though not exceptional, with a well-assorted selection. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few drawbacks to consider.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great moments and a few drawbacks. The rooms were very nice, and even the one looking out to the courtyard was charming. The service was friendly, and the staff made every effort to ensure we had a wonderful time in Taxco. However, the location, although beautiful, may not suit those who are hesitant to drive in Mexico due to narrow and steep streets. The dining experience, while offering entertainment like trios singing in the morning and folk ballet at night, could have had more quality food options. Despite these downsides, the hotel's facilities were enjoyable, making my overall stay pleasant.
